Newborn sleep support that actually helps
The early weeks with a new baby are overwhelming. I work with families across Australia online to build the right foundations from the start - before exhaustion takes hold.
Who this is for
You're in the thick of it right now
Maybe you're still pregnant and want to feel prepared. Maybe your newborn arrived weeks ago and sleep already feels chaotic. Either way, you've found that the books only get you so far - and what works for one baby seems to do nothing for yours.
Newborn sleep is genuinely hard. Their sleep cycles are short, their stomachs are small, and their ability to settle independently is still developing. But there's a lot you can do in these early weeks to make things easier - not just now, but for the months ahead.
I work with families from before birth through to around four months, focusing on foundations: routines, environment, feeding patterns, settling approaches, and how to read your baby's sleepy cues. This isn't about getting your newborn to sleep through the night. It's about building the habits that make that possible later.
Preparing before birth
The antenatal package is designed for families in the third trimester who want to feel ready. We cover everything you need to know before your baby arrives - so you're not learning it exhausted at 3am.
The early newborn days (0–6 weeks)
Feed, wake, sleep cycles. Wake windows. Setting up a sleep environment that promotes longer stretches. Settling techniques that work for a baby this young.
Building towards self-settling (6–16 weeks)
Introducing gentle structure, understanding wake windows, and beginning the very early work of helping your baby settle without being fully reliant on feeding or rocking.

Common questions
When can we start working on sleep?
From birth. The antenatal package helps you prepare before your baby arrives. For newborns from birth to around 12 weeks, I focus on building foundations - routines, environment, feeding, and settling techniques - rather than expecting a newborn to sleep through.
Is sleep training safe for newborns?
The work we do with newborns isn't sleep training in the traditional sense. It's about understanding your baby's natural rhythms, setting up a sleep-friendly environment, and developing habits that will grow with them. Nothing I do with newborns involves leaving them to cry.
We're not sure what help we need - where do we start?
The free 15-minute connection call is the best first step. We talk through what's happening, and I can tell you whether there's something specific I can help with and which package makes the most sense.
