What brings most families here

Four to eighteen months is the hardest stretch

Babies in this age range are developmentally capable of sleeping longer - but the habits built in the newborn days, the regressions, the teething, the leaps - they all conspire against it. By the time most parents reach out, they've been running on two to four hours of broken sleep for months.

Maybe you've tried everything. Routine changes, earlier bedtimes, later bedtimes, dream feeds, no dream feeds. What works for two nights and then stops. You've read the books and spent hours in online threads that contradict each other.

I work with parents to cut through all of that. I look at your specific baby - their age, temperament, feeding patterns, sleep environment, and developmental stage - and build a plan that actually fits your family. Not a generic template.

Consultations are done entirely online, which means I work with families in every state and territory. If you're in Australia, I can help.

Frequent night waking

Waking every one to two hours overnight is exhausting for the whole family - and it's often fixable. I help identify why the waking is happening and put a plan in place to extend overnight sleep.

The 4-month sleep regression

The 4-month regression is one of the most disruptive events in a baby's first year. It's permanent - the only way through it is to help your baby develop the skills to connect their sleep cycles without your intervention.

Contact napping / won't settle independently

A baby who only sleeps on you isn't broken - but it is exhausting. I work with gentle approaches that respect your baby's attachment needs while building towards independent settling.

Early morning waking

5am wake-ups feel cruel. Often there's a fixable cause - light, temperature, an overtired baby, or a feeding association. I help identify which and put a plan in place.

Common questions

My baby just hit the 4-month sleep regression. Can you help?

Yes - this is one of the most common reasons families reach out. The 4-month regression is real and it's hard. It's caused by a permanent change in how your baby's sleep cycles mature, which means short-term fixes won't work. What does work is helping your baby develop the skills to connect their sleep cycles independently.

Will this involve leaving my baby to cry?

No. I don't use extinction (cry it out) methods. My approach is responsive - I work with your baby's temperament and your parenting values to find a settling strategy you're both comfortable with. Some gentle settling does involve brief periods of protest as babies adjust, but this is very different from leaving a baby to cry alone.

How quickly can we expect to see results?

Most families notice meaningful change within the first few days. For night sleep, the most significant improvements often happen in the first week. Naps can take a little longer - usually two to three weeks to establish consistent daytime sleep.

What if it doesn't work for our baby?

Every baby is different, and my plans are built around your specific child - not a generic template. The two weeks of text support included in the All In package means we can adjust in real time if something isn't working.
