What age groups do you work with?

I'm qualified to work with newborns through to young children. Most of my clients are between 6 months and 2 years old, but I work with families outside that range as well. Get in touch and we can talk through whether I'm the right fit for your child's age and stage.

Will sleep training affect my attachment with my baby?

Research indicates that responsive sleep support doesn't negatively impact attachment. In fact, improving infant sleep quality tends to have positive effects on both the child and on maternal wellbeing, without affecting emotional development.

What is sleep training?

Sleep training means supporting babies to develop independent sleep skills through developmentally appropriate, emotionally safe methods. My approach is holistic - it considers routines, feeding, settling strategies, temperament, and parenting style, not just a single settling technique.

How long will the process take?

It varies depending on age, temperament, and the settling approach you choose. Many families see noticeable changes within a few days. Others take up to two weeks for consistent overnight improvement. Naps can take a little longer.

Can I proceed if my baby is sick?

Accepted Answer

No. Wait until your baby has fully recovered before beginning sleep support. If there are feeding concerns, medical conditions, or suspected health issues, speak with your GP or paediatrician first.

How will I know which package is right for us?

The free connection call is the best way to work that out. We talk through what's going on, and I'll recommend what I think will give you the best result. Night sleep improvements tend to have the biggest impact on the whole family, so that's often the best starting point.

When is payment required?

Payment is required in full before the consultation.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice retain 25% as a deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours retain 50%. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Postponed bookings must be rescheduled within 60 days.

What are your qualifications?

I hold a Certificate in Infant & Child Sleep Consulting from the DNT Network (2025) and a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. I also hold a current Working With Children Check and Police Check.
