Josephine Bolton

I'm a mum of 2 little ones (2 & 4 years old), and ever since I first became pregnant I was busy researching the best strategies to get our future baby to sleep well. My husband and I both love our sleep so it was very important to us to foster that into our children from a young age.

When I completed secondary school I went to uni to study Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), as I've always been interested in children's development. This comprehensive study and my work in educational settings has allowed me to better understand the emotional, social and physical needs of children to see the world from their perspective.

I've been teaching for 10 years and love making connections with children and their families.

Josephine Bolton, Paediatric Sleep Consultant
Josephine with her family

I decided to combine my teaching experience with my baby sleep skills to help families navigate their children's sleep journey. I have since completed a sleep consultant course with the DNT Network. Now I'm newly certified and ready to help families filter out all the noise (online and possibly from family and friends) about how you should be handling your babies' sleep.

I specialise in creating personalised sleep plans that empower parents while fostering independent sleep in their infants. My goal is to provide support through tailored strategies that enhance confidence, guiding families through the often challenging times. I have a very open mind and pride myself on practising a holistic approach. This way we can work together to help you get to the root of the problem so the whole family can get some much deserved rest.

Reach out if you would like any further details or book a connection call below to see if I'm the right fit for your family.
