Best for: Families wanting a personalised, fully supported sleep plan

$350

This is my most in-depth package, and the one most families need. Rather than a generic plan, I invest real time understanding your child and your family before anything is put in place. Sleep isn't one-size-fits-all — and a plan that doesn't account for your child's temperament, your parenting values, and your daily routine is unlikely to stick.

Who this is for

This service is for families who are ready to make a real change to their child's sleep and want proper, structured support to get there. Most of my clients who choose this package are dealing with frequent night wakings, difficulty settling independently, very early mornings, or short naps that are leaving everyone exhausted. It's also the right choice if you've tried things before and they haven't worked — because a truly personalised plan looks at your whole picture, not just one piece of it. If you want to feel genuinely supported through the process rather than handed a generic plan and left to get on with it, this is the service for you.

How it works

  1. 1

    Complete the full intake questionnaire

You'll fill in a detailed questionnaire covering your child's health, feeding, daily schedule, current sleep patterns, and your parenting approach. This is the foundation of everything — the more detail you provide, the more tailored the plan.

  2. 2

    1-hour consultation

We spend a full hour on the phone going through everything together. I ask questions, I listen carefully, and I start building a picture of what's really going on with your child's sleep and what's driving it.

  3. 3

You receive your personalised sleep plan

Within a few days, you'll receive a written sleep plan built specifically around your child — their age, temperament, feeding, and your family's rhythm. It covers settling strategies, nap schedules, bedtime routines, and how to handle night wakings.

  4. 4

    Two weeks of text support

As you start implementing the plan, I'm available via text message to answer questions, troubleshoot, and keep you on track. Sleep rarely improves in a straight line — having someone in your corner makes a real difference.

  5. 5

    Check-in call (midway)

Halfway through your support period, we have a 15-minute call to review how things are going, address anything that isn't working, and adjust the plan if needed.

  6. 6

    Wrap-up call

At the end of the two weeks, we have a final 15-minute call to consolidate what's changed, celebrate the wins, and make sure you feel confident to carry things forward independently.

Common questions

How quickly will I see results?+

Most families notice meaningful improvement within the first week. The full two-week support period is there because sleep changes can be uneven — some nights will be better than others, and having support during that time helps you stay consistent and make adjustments when needed.

Will I have to use a cry-it-out approach?+

No. My approach is gentle and responsive. The plan I build will always reflect your parenting values — I'll ask you about these during the consultation. There are many ways to support better sleep without leaving your baby to cry without comfort.

My child is [age] — is this suitable?+

This package suits babies and toddlers from around 4 months through to 3 years. If your child is a newborn (0–4 months), the Newborn Sleep Preparation package may be a better fit, as sleep at that stage works very differently.

What if the plan isn't working?+

That's exactly what the two weeks of text support and the check-in call are for. If something isn't clicking, we adjust. A personalised plan isn't set in stone — it evolves based on how your child responds.

How is the sleep plan delivered?+

The plan is written up and sent to you via email. It's detailed enough to refer back to at any point during your support period.

Can both parents be on the call?+

Absolutely — and I'd encourage it if possible. When both caregivers hear the same information and are on the same page, consistency is much easier to maintain.
