3rd Trimester

Best for: Expecting parents who want to feel prepared from day one

$85

Preparing for a new baby involves a lot of big decisions - and sleep is one of the areas that tends to get overlooked until it becomes a problem. This session is designed to change that. We cover the foundations of newborn sleep before your baby arrives so that when those early weeks come, you're not starting from scratch.

Who this is for

This service is for expecting parents who want to go into the newborn stage feeling genuinely informed - not just relying on what friends have told them or what they've pieced together from the internet. You don't need to be anxious about sleep to benefit from this. Even families who feel relatively prepared often find the session clarifying, because newborn sleep is genuinely different from what most people expect. Knowing what normal looks like, what to prioritise early, and how to set up rhythms from the beginning can make a real difference to those first few months.

What's included

  • Initial questionnaire reviewed before your call
  • 30-minute phone consultation
  • Detailed notes from our discussion sent via email
  • Follow-up questions via text for 1 week

How it works

  1. 1

    Complete the questionnaire

Before the call, you'll fill in a short questionnaire covering where you're up to in your pregnancy, your birth plan, feeding intentions, and any questions or concerns you already have. This helps me tailor the session to what's most relevant for you.

  2. 2

    30-minute consultation

We spend 30 minutes on the phone covering the foundations of newborn sleep - what to realistically expect in those first weeks, how to support healthy sleep from the beginning, and how to set up rhythms that work for your family.

  3. 3

    Receive your session notes

After the call, I send you a written summary of everything we discussed. This means you don't have to take notes during the session and you have something to refer back to once your baby arrives.

  4. 4

One week of follow-up via text

After the call, you have a week to text me with any follow-up questions as things come up - whether that's before the baby arrives or in those first days after.
